Classic five pocket denim pant from Polo Ralph Lauren, the kind of jean guys just call their RL denim or straight leg jeans. Medium blue wash with heavy whiskering and fading through the thighs, button fly front with the horseshoe rivets, contrast gold stitching throughout.

Cut slim through the leg with a tapered ankle, sits at the natural waist. Reads classic prep and heritage denim, easy with a plain tee and white sneakers or dressed up with a button down for the office.

How we measure

Laid flat on a table, never stretched, tape straight across.
Pit to pit is armpit seam to armpit seam; double it for the chest. Length runs from the top of the collar seam to the hem.
Waist is across the top of the waistband, doubled; inseam runs crotch seam to hem. Allow about half an inch either way.
