Classic patchwork madras button up, the kind of preppy short sleeve shirt guys pull out every summer. Blocks of blue, navy, red and cream plaid pieced together, 100% cotton with a soft broken in hand. Button down collar, chest pocket, made in India.

Reads Ivy League and country club prep but works just as easy for a backyard cookout or golf outing. Fits true to size with a classic straight cut, nothing boxy or slim about it. Layer under a linen blazer or wear open over a tee.

Some light fraying at the inner collar seam and pocket edge, shown in photos and mild overall wear consistent with age. No holes or stains otherwise.

How we measure

Laid flat on a table, never stretched, tape straight across.
Pit to pit is armpit seam to armpit seam; double it for the chest. Length runs from the top of the collar seam to the hem.
Waist is across the top of the waistband, doubled; inseam runs crotch seam to hem. Allow about half an inch either way.

Returns are accepted within fourteen days of delivery on unworn items in the condition they were sent, tags and all.
The buyer pays return shipping. Refunds go back to the original payment method once the piece is back with us.
